How to Replace a Land Rover Battery
If your Land Rover is showing a "SMART KEY BATTERY low" message on the instrument panel It's time to replace the battery. Here are the steps for doing it!

Activity Key
The Land Rover Activity Key is an effective way to lock and unlock your vehicle. The wristband wearable replaces your traditional key fob and allows you to live a full life without worrying about whether it might be lost or misplaced.
The Activity Key is available for all new Land Rover and Range Rover models. It works in conjunction with your conventional smart key fob to unlock and lock your vehicle. The system uses a hidden sensor inside the bodywork of the vehicle, such as a letter "J" on the tailgate script, which will unlock the vehicle and reconnect the standard key fob within the cabin.
The first step is to turn off the engine of your vehicle and leave the key fob inside. Once land rover key programming exit, close all doors and hold your Activity Key up to the Jaguar emblem on the tailgate for several seconds. This will activate your system's antennae. Then, your warning lights will flash to verify that you're locked in.
To activate your antennae again you need to press the tailgate release key when you are ready to return to your vehicle. This will allow the activation key to lock and unlock your vehicle, and your hazard lights will flash to confirm that your smart key fob is disabled until you return.
The process is quick and simple, however it's important to remember that the Activity Key is engaged for only 30 seconds when you're locking your vehicle. It won't function properly if you wait too long.
The Jaguar Activity Key is available on the F-Pace, XF Sportbrake, E-Pace, I-Pace, and Discovery SUVs. It works with all Land Rover models, including Discovery Sport, Velar and Range Rover Sport.

Land Rover Keyless Entry System makes it simple to leave and enter your vehicle. This technology is touchless and allows you to lock and unlock your doors at any time your keys are within three feet of the tailgate release switch or driver's side door handle, which is located in the rear.
You can remotely lock and unlock your car using any compatible smartphone, RFID card or one of the newest keyfobs available today. Your key emits a "friendly" radio signal to your car that can be recognized as a short-range radio signal.

Remote Start
